- The founder and CEO of A.L.P.H.A Off Duty Security Services, brings a unique blend of academic knowledge, real-world leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to the security industry. Holding a degree in Social Work, Mr. Ali Zada has always been driven by a passion for public service, community well-being, and creating safe environments.
- His professional journey began humbly as a regular security guard, where he demonstrated a relentless work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility. Through dedication and an eagerness to grow, he advanced quickly through the ranks—serving as supervisor, then site manager, and ultimately taking on the role of operations manager for a regional security company. Alongside his career growth, he pursued higher education and earned his Washington State Real Estate License, all while cultivating a deep understanding of business development and client service.
